Irene and I met in 2022 through Marci Shimoff’s Year of Miracles program. Out of hundreds of participants from around the world, we somehow landed together in the same small 6-person Miracles Group. I am beyond grateful that the Universe drew us together. I have watched Irene spend years exploring spirituality, healing, consciousness, and the many ways we can reconnect with the deeper wisdom within ourselves.

Throughout my life I’ve struggled financially, and with Irene’s influence, realized that the key to healing my scars was to release the struggle in my body. Together, we wrote a script of intentions and selected just the right music to deliver those subliminal messages. When I put on my headphones before I go to bed, within a few minutes, something begins to change. My thoughts quiet. I feel myself returning to my body instead of living inside everything I still need to think about or accomplish.
The simple act of putting on my headphones feels like I am entering a different dimension. Irene’s music seems to wrap me in a blanket of love and light, and I feel a sense of beingness I seldom experience during the day. I think my body is learning the music, remembering that when these sounds begin - delivered either by Irene’s audio or my memory of the sounds - it has permission to let go. Irene isn't simply creating music and subliminal messages.
She is reminding my body of something my mind forgets - that peace is still here, waiting for me to return to it. And in a world where so many of us are carrying more stress, uncertainty, noise and perhaps ancestral trauma than we realize, that is a remarkable, lifesaving gift.
